The Backroads Wine Company was founded in 2018 and is managed by three wine industry professionals who want to offer PA residents a better wine buying experience. We partner with wineries, who have PA Limited Winery licenses, to ship high-quality, lesser-known wines directly to you. Our goal is a give you better service and pricing than anywhere else in the State.

We love wine, we know a lot about it, and we’ve spent many years taking notes and learning what other wine lovers want. Our goal is to offer high-quality, off-the-beaten-path wine brands from around the US, ones that we feel deliver amazing value for the price.
Metaphorically speaking, we travel the backroads of the wine world, to find true “hidden gems” that we can bring back home - and offer them to you - at the best possible prices in PA. Hence the name of our company.
