One of their all-time best selling wines, Ruby Vixen is a soft rosé that is lightly sweet (5% sugar), with aromas of strawberry and citrus. Refreshing and enormously food-friendly. Made from two popular Northeastern US grapes, Concord and Cayuga.
Located in the heart of Finger Lakes Wine Country, Fox Run overlooks one of the deepest parts of Seneca Lake, with fifty acres of vineyards producing a remarkable range of fine wines. The first grapes were planted in 1984 and the Civil War-era dairy barn was converted to a modern wine-making facility in 1990.
