BLANC DE BLANCS BRUT
Blanc de Blancs means, “White from Whites” and describes this white wine made from white grapes. The most well-known of Treveri’s sparkling wines, the Blanc de Blancs (Made with Chardonnay) captures hints of green apple and brioche, balanced out by a cool, crisp finish. As the term, “Brut” suggests, this wine is completely dry, which makes it very brisk and refreshing to drink.

Dry, sparkling wines like this BdB are perfect with light appetizers and salty snacks, seafood, raw bar and shellfish dishes too. Also, an excellent partner for soft cheeses and desserts.
