Eola Hills is family-owned and has been making wines in Oregon since 1986. This medium-sweet dessert wine is pressed from late-harvest, frozen Sauvignon Blanc grapes and barrel fermented in new French Oak.

TASTING NOTES
Vin D-Or smells like wild forest honey, and baked apples, with stone fruit, dried fig and a strong orange peel note. It’s surprisingly not too sweet - just medium-sweet - with huge mouthfuls of orange zest and baked apple, peach and some lime. There’s a suggestion of cinnamon spice on the finish.

PAIRING NOTES
Pair this with foie gras, savory Blue, Roquefort, and Stilton Cheeses, and apple Strudel.
