Starting with delicious fruit from Sonoma County and California’s Delta region, directly adjacent to Highway 12, this Pinot noir represents classic California PN characteristics and is very pleasing on the palate.

TASTING NOTES
A nose of bright red fruit: Think Bing cherry compote, with allspice and cranberry relish on the mid-palate, finishing off with a subtle cedar and green tea finish. It’s balanced, clean, with light tannins.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
Try it with seared duck breast and a fig/blueberry reduction, or a savory wild mushroom risotto.
