Highwayman wines are produced by Highway 12 wines, from grower-partners’ special blocks. The final blends are selected from top barrel lots and produced in small lots. They are powerful, big and scarce.

TASTING NOTES
Absolutely stunning, from the deep purple color to the marathon-long finish. 18 months in oak barrels provide a toasted vanilla ballast to some real, palate-coating, vegetal and chocolatey Cabernet. It’s intense.

Needs a ribeye, smothered in blue cheese compound butter.
