Eola Hills is family-owned and has been making wines in Oregon since 1986. Made with grapes from select Oregon vineyards, this Chardonnay was fermented and aged in oak for just eight months to enhance the fruit qualities without the wood hiding the flavor.

TASTING NOTES
This Chardonnay is like a beautiful, lemon-yellow diamond! You’re immediately hit with scents of lemon meringue pie and pineapple, with a hint of vanilla buttercream icing in the distance. The wine is lush and soft, with a generous mouthful of lemon zest and orange peel. There’s an acidic zing to it that keeps it from being too heavy, and the finish lingers on and on with vanilla bean and lemon.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
A refreshing, but comforting wine that would be perfect with guacamole and chips in the summer, and fried chicken and corn chowder in the fall.
