This barrel-fermented Riesling is just off dry, with a distinctive creamy richness and refreshing finish. While the vast majority of Riesling worldwide is fermented in stainless steel tanks, this wine spent time in small oak barrels during fermentation.

Look for aromas of lime peel and wet slate coupled with hazelnuts and bread dough. This wine is just off dry, with a distinctive creamy richness and refreshing finish. 

AWARDS
Wine & Spirits Magazine named the 2017 Silvan Riesling as one of the "Year's Best Rieslings" and gave it 92 points. It was also awarded a Gold medal at the Great American International Wine Competition.
