TASTING NOTES
This pale pinkish-white wine has a nose of dairy cream and yeast, with a slight hint of vanilla and melon. It’s tart and dry - very dry - with bright citrus and tangy grapefruit flavors. Stony/mineral notes linger with cream, vanilla and even some rose petal on the finish.

A lean and vibrant wine that would be perfect with shrimp scampi, cold ceviche and buttered lobster.
