Soaring Eagle Chardonnay

Soaring Eagle Chardonnay

$15.99

Introducing our newest Private Label wine, a beautiful Chardonnay from Washington State, sourced from the Soaring Eagle vineyard. After we tasted this wine, we knew, this had to be our next bottling, and we think you’ll agree.

TASTING NOTES
Soaring Eagle is fresh, citrusy, and has a slight butter/dairy aroma, which comes from barrel aging. It’s light, slightly oaked - not too much - and it’s bright and crisp, while also soft and pleasing on the palate. Full of fresh melon and lemons, with a clean, acidic finish.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
This is classic Washington Chardonnay, with lots of crisp, bright acid. Pair it with buttery seafood and shellfish; Shrimp Scampi comes to mind, and also, surprisingly, fried chicken and cole slaw sandwiches would be perfect.
