TASTING NOTES
This wine is all flowers and fresh white fruit, with a huge whiff of rose petals, Bosc pear, and lychee. It’s slightly sweet - just a touch - and tart and vibrant, with grapefruit tanginess and a strong pear-flavored finish.

Pairs well with spicy curries, pad thai noodles, pork roast, crab cakes, and salad greens with a citrus-ginger dressing.
