This barrel-fermented, cool-climate chardonnay is Snappy and refreshing on the palate, with medium body and great flavor persistence. Consistently rated a "Best Buy" by Wine & Spirits Magazine, the 2017 vintage received a 90 point score.

TASTING NOTES
There’s an immediate smell of toast and coconut here., followed by green pear. It’s light, bright and coconut-ty, with lemon and creme-filled sensations. The bright, lemon-lime acidity hits you in the back of the throat, with a satisfying rush of green apple on the finish.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
A clean and crisp wine that would be perfect with grilled fish, sushi and raw seafood bar selections. Try it with nachos and guac, even fried chicken.
